Service Projects

As one of the more than 500,000 Outward Bound alumni across the nation, you are a part of a large network of individuals who have challenged themselves, tested their limits and succeeded. However, at Outward Bound the completion of your course is just the beginning. We want you to embrace the “new and empowered you” and make a positive impact on your life and the world in which you live.

We at Outward Bound know that you want to remain connected and keep the spirit of Outward Bound alive at work, at home and in your heart. You are the essence of the Outward Bound philosophy, and we hope you will continue "to serve, to strive and not to yield."

Outward Bound Atlanta has created "Friends of Outward Bound Atlanta" to provide a mechanism for alumni and interested friends to stay involved and connected with Outward Bound. This group organizes social activities such as group hikes, happy hours, etc. and, if interested, provides a way to get you involved in the Outward Bound AmeriCorp Program.
