What are your school-based programs?

Team buffers the transition from elementary to middle school for 5th grade students by using a low elements ropes course, and subsequent learning activities, to teach them how to communicate effectively, accept others, make positive and difficult choices and understand the value of perseverance.

Transitions is a year long program that lays the groundwork for successful matriculation into high school for 8th grade students by focusing on leadership development, compassion, appreciation of diversity, moral courage, and pride.

Endure supports students in their first year of high school and focuses on endurance, moral courage and perseverance utilizing a high-elements ropes course and subsequent learning activities.

Lead focuses on the full development of 10th grade students. Students travel to the mountains of North Carolina for a four-day expedition, which equips them with skills necessary to make sound career decisions that match their academic competencies with real life academic and vocational opportunities.
