Outward Bound Atlanta: Programs  AmeriCorps
Through the Outward Bound AmeriCorps program, participants are asked to give a year of their life in service to their community. The program brings together people from all walks of life to carry out one main goal: to bring forth positive change in communities. Outward Bound AmeriCorps members provide services that include: developing and conducting environmental lessons for metro Atlanta elementary, middle and high school students; facilitating high and low ropes course experiences for 5th and 9th graders, assisting with Transitions Programs in Atlanta Public Middle Schools and implementing community service projects.
